Back in Mattawomen Creek Double Report

Nice cool weather and overcast skies should be a bonus for fishing. Except temps dropped 20 degrees. We found the fish but getting them to bite was another task. But first we always start with a sure thing...UHHHMMMYY Ribs and chicken..

Lots of half interested fish and few hook ups.

I think the few fish left in the shallow warmer water just did not want to chase down a frog. We saw many that just ignored our baits.
But the frogs did start singing right at dark. So I guess just a few hot days and it will be awesome.

After some really good food we headed way back and found some agreeable pesky LGMouth in the shallow edges.
