The video you referenced was over 1.5 hours long.  Where in the time frame was the young lady that you referenced?

When I click on the link, it starts at 2:19.28 and ends at 3:55.17......that's 1 hour, 35 minutes, and 49 seconds!  What is the start and end time of the young lady?   I do not have 1.5 hours to see her speak for 2 minutes .

Everyone's next public speaking opportunity is coming up here in July.  Loudoun Water is going to have a stakeholder meeting FINALLY.  Supervisor Williams and Clarke put enough heat on them that they are finally doing what they should have done in January.

I have to admit my first time speaking in front of the board was a bit scary, it was for some other issue, not for the reservoir.  I remember sweating, thinking what have I signed up for... it turned out to be an amazing amount of fun.  Essentially you get to stick it to the man and they don't even get a chance to respond until later.   It is very empowering.  Your voice does count, if you sit back and do nothing, they win.

Hah that was you Ernie at lost rhino yesterday , I was sitting a table across from you, and you looked intensely talking so I didn't bother you.
