I hit a few of the lakes. Yesterday I caught 3 skinny bass all under 1lb, and a few bluegill.  One of the bluegill was so fat I thought surely it was going to top the leader board, but it was only as large as all the others I have caught. Picture to come later. I was using a crankbait for the bass and my fly setup for the gills. Today was a lot tougher. I tried using a grub instead of the crank. I only caught one dink bass and what looked like a bluegill x green sunfish hybrid. The hybrid didn't fight as nearly as hard as a true blood bluegill.

I also saw someone yaking on Ashburn during lunch on both days. Couldn't tell if they were fishing.
