10-10-13, a couple of hours in CT

Had a business meeting on Friday so I flew up in the afternoon on Thursday. We had crappy weather here, CT had decent weather. A but breezy but no rain. Plus, we were hoofin' it so no worry about waves and swells.

The target area was Milford CT which is a beautiful beach town.

I brought a bunch of topwater plugs but after meeting a local, it seemed that the fish were down. Luckily, Steve had a few jigs.

My 1st score was a foul hooked bunker...a big one!

This is the bait the local was using. he would snag a bait on our side of the bridge and then run over to the other side and caught a 34incher!

We stayed with artificials...

Local graffiti at its best!

I started throwing under the bridge, letting it get down (current was screaming on the outgoing) and I finally got a hit!

The striper was almost as big as the lure but it was a score!
