My friends Steve, Scott and I went to Bull Run Marina on Saturday. This was my first time there so I did not know what to expect.
We decided to hit some structure left of the ramp just pass the bridge and we immediately started catching a few one pounders LMB..
this one jumped i foot of the air when it got close to the kayak.
the sun came out and our friend Scott joined us later in the day.. the place is beautiful
we also landed many BGs on a crankbait later in the day
Most largemouth bass were caught on crankbaits and on a jig with a Rage Baby Craw (Blue Craw).. I'm use to going to BDR but coming here was a nice change.. Will definitely have to come back during the Fall
Good time with good yaking friends. can't beat it.

Great pics. That first spot you fished has a nice dropoff loaded with stumps. I haven't fished BRM in years, but it seems like we always caught at least one or two there. Thanks for the report.
