5-4-13 Algonkian Smallies
Too windy for my boat on the lower Potty.........so hit Algonkian for smallies. Lost a huge one right off the bat. Ended up catching 8 smallies and a cat on a crawfish crankbait. Wind was actually pushing me upriver at one point

Very nice. I usually hit the Shenandoah in late may and have a blast with dink smallies @on 4 lb line. Need to hit Algonkian in my yak soon!

I knew it was va, didn't word it right. Quality fish for sure. Very close for me coming from md. Been hunting Muskies hard there last couple years and no dice. But am finding a few further up river.

Just a wee bit further.....I need to find a musky area that I can splash my Targa at.
