Re: Potomac River Smallmouth Club

Welcome to the board Charlie!!

This is a great club, for more info go to: http://www.prsc.org/

They meet on the last Wednesday of every month at the Fire Station in Vienna. They generally fish the Upper Potomac and other rivers nearby for smallmouth bass. Some fish out of jet boats but lots of them fish out of kayaks, canoes and pontoons.

Let me know if you need more info and let me know if you ever want to do a kayak float, I have an extra one as well as an extra canoe (maybe Brett will go).

Ernie

PS- For everyone's info, Charlie is one of our youngest members....hardcore fisherman!

I am almost done building a flat bottom canoe, which will be great for a float.  I just got to sand and paint the inside.

Re: Potomac River Smallmouth Club

Charlie,

This month, Duncan McGrath will be speaking at the club meeting (Wednesday, March 26). Duncan is a young guide who works in this area some of the time and down in Southwest VA for the summer. If you want to go, let me know. I will be leaving the Ashburn Pavillion at 6:20 PM.
