The Bite Slow?

I have had a really hard time getting hits on anything in the last week... mostly in the Pavilion lake.  Is something wrong?  Anyone else find the same issue?  I saw a hog yesterday but couldn't get it to bite.

Re: The Bite Slow?

Yeah, I recently moved here from Michigan and the bass patterns are way different than they were there.  Still trying to figure them out and also trying to figure out these smaller lakes in AV.  I would be open to aany pointers as far as lures and when to throw them based on months around here!

Welcome to VA. My wife and I moved from Michigan 6 years ago.
We were in Howell MI. My daughter is in the dental school at UofM.

I didn't notice a difference in the way bass react to baits.
Slow baits when it is cold and fast when its warm is the basic pattern.
