I believe this is the Boundary Channel.....I once saw a pro fish that at high tide in a tourney......it gets VERY shallow at low tide.

Time to go fishin' again!

Used to fish Boundary Channel in the 80's.  Since then, it has silted in to the point that it is almost impassible even at high tide.
Used to catch some good bass there, but have not caught a decent bass in there for over five years.  Just fish the docks at Columbia
Island Marina and call it quits.

You would be better advised to fish the riprap along the Virginia Shore on the main river from the 14th Street Bridge to Memorial Bridge.
Small crankbaits and spinnerbaits work very well along this stretch, particularly two small areas that have stormwater diffusers on the
banks.
