Sounds good, I can make it. How's the rod sensitivity? I'm interested in using the spinning reel in salt, I know the newer models are meant for that, is this one? If not, can you also bring one of those Okumas (unless they are spoken for).

The rod is pretty sensitive I'd say. I'd put it on par with a St Croix Premier or rods of a similar price point. As for the old Sahara, well, it was considered a freshwater reel but I always used to see them for sale at saltwater shops, and I know some of the guides out of Corolla Bait and Tackle had them strapped to GL2 rods for customers capable of using better equipment. Either way, I'll bring those Okumas just in case. I'm also going to email you.
