Hey everyone! i came across this forum this past weekend while doing research on beaver dam. Great site! A little about me. First i am a sports fisherman not a NOMAD! so all my fishing is catch a release... Well my name is Steven I usually fish from shore at local ponds in Sterling, Ashburn, Leesburg, and Faitfax.. If time permits ill take my jon boat out on beaver dam, fountain head, burke lake since these all have a boat launch. I have had some good luck at all of these places. Ranging from bluegill, LMB & SMB all different sizes from 8 inches to some nice 5 pound channel cats and LMB. ive seen on here that you guys have been catching some snakeheds in pohick... looks like a beautiful fish but from what ive heard there are not a good fish.... so what is the protocol on them? in other words.. kill them or throw them back?
once i can figure out how to load up pictures ill add them to this post.

Steven- welcome aboard!
Kill all snakeheads! And eat 'em too, they are good to eat but slimy to handle. Look forward to your reports.....

they're for casual wear or for running i think. its a new thing but now that you've seen one, you're going to notice them more. I've been meaning to get a pair for running but haven't had a chance to.

I've seen them for running...these looked like they were for water.
No running for me with my beat up knees and they are too soft for the bike!
