Re: New personal best

I was there today.  After nothing with a spoon, spinnerbait, small rattletrap and Rapala minnow in one area I moved.  Right when I got to the next spot I saw a big disturbance in the water so I knew there was something to catch.

I started with the spoon and a good one got off.  So I switched back to a spinnerbait, rattletrap and senko for a while to give them something different to look at.  I had a good hit on the black spinnerbait and this one I got a look at.  I knew it was 3+.   Then back to the spoon.  I think this was the one I missed on the spinner bait.

An even 4lbs on my spring scale and 19in.

Nice fish, that pond has some decent fish in it. I hope the new construction to the side of it doesnt screw it up.

You must have a different pond in mind, no construction around this one.
