3/5-6 Odd weekend 2.7lb

Had some short success over the weekend but Sunday was a bust. I was looking forward to fishing in the rain, but not cold hard rain. From what I saw Sunday alot of 'food' was gushing into the ponds. If we would just have some stable weather I know things are ready to pick up.

Best I could pull was this 2.7 on a Spro lipless crank bait. Nice fat fish !

I caught a catfish on a popper at that pond last spring. Shocked the heck out me to see it once I pulled it to the surface. The way it fought and hugged the bottom I thought it was a new world record.
