Pacemaker Fishing Forum

Had a short trip to Breezy Point (mid-Chesapeake Bay) before the work.  There was no signs of fish. No working birds, no splashing fish. So I live-lined. I caught 7 spot in  in 20-24' of water by the Green Can (GC1) in 35 minutes on Fish-Bites. Bluefish were still there. I lost 5 spot by bluefish, 1 by a crab. I had one good pull but couldn't set the hook. Trolled  for an hour with a Stretch 18. Hooked on but the fish got away. Skunked.
