MD opening day duck

It was a beautiful, but blue bird day on the Potomac River. Here is a pic of three drake Wood Ducks.

Yes, it is a SBEII

wrap the duck breast around a slice jalopena pepper and cream chese, the wrap the whole thing with bacon, secure with tooth picks and grill until the bacon is done.

That is some good eating
