Lots and lots (43) of DC Stripers 10-8-10

We started out trolling and had a dozen boated and released after 2 hours.......but it seemed slow.  Most of the fish were just under 20".

Then we decided to find them by jigging/casting.  And we found them.  Caught 31 more stripers in about 2 hours of casting/jigging.  I had a tandem rig and had a few doubles......including a Triple with Thai adding to my double!

Thai also had a nice bass.

Not a bad day of fishing.........actually only 2 stripers short of my boat record of 45 in a day.  We could have caught more, but Thai had another fishing outing scheduled at his honey hole lol .

Good stuff guys. They seem to be moving in right on schedule.

If it were easy, they'd call it catching!
