Isle of palms SC

Just returned from 8 days in SC. Had a great week off. I took my boat down there to fish the creeks and inlets. I caught small redfish, croakers, and white perch, the fishing was slow. It was hot and the tides weren't on schedule with the low light times. We had fun catching some skates, Rays and  small sharks. I got broke off by three large cow nosed Rays that gave me lots of pullage on 14lb test. They were experts at finding the anchor rope.

On Wednesday my two daughters and I joined a head boat to fish off shore. Winds were light thank goodness. We were fishing bottom for grouper and snapper. My line was near the surface while I was helpinp Tania with a back lash when this Mackerel hit.
