Lots of nice Blue Gills and bass on the fly rod....some of the bass push a pound. All is fun on the light stuff!
Don't know how to catch (at Cedar) LMB using conventional tackle any more.

Then I will have to lure them on to my side.....'cause I don't fish on that side!

I saw you curly, right before you ran across the road, before the storm.

i was pleased. I got 3 dinks in 30 minutes. good to at least see em again. I saw tons of em interested in my lure. mustve been a pre-storm hunger surge.

Very slow retreive was the key today. I caught about 15 where you were standing, but had to let the wacky suspend for up to 15 sec for a fish to take it. Anything faster, and they would only follow it and then swim away.

yep, i noticed that too. i was on a mini swim bait. had to retrieve so the lure would just barely swim, other wise, the fish wanted to race, but not eat.
