Neighborhood Pond with my son

Took my son Ethan out fishing yesterday for about one hour. Trying to teach him the finer points of deadsticking a senko smile While he didn't hook into any fish, I nabbed about five dinks and let him reel them in. Always have a great time on the water with him.

Surprised this bluegill (?) hit the senko.

This one needs a few more years.

3rd fish. Largest of the bunch.

Re: Neighborhood Pond with my son

Thanks guys. I think I've created a monster! He wanted to go back again last night after dinner. Only had about 30 minutes before it got dark, but he managed another huge bluegill and a small LMB - this time all by himself. I think he's hooked smile
