Looking for a charter captain for BRHS Fishing Club. Recomendations?

The BRHS fishing club plans on doing multiple charters this year.

Any recommendations?

We're looking for...
-good
-inexpensive
-allows at least 4 or more participants

My boat can only take 2.  I would volunteer to be first mate on the "Queen Mary" with Ernie at the helm? big_smile  Maybe DC Rockfish in the fall.  What do you think Ernie?  Four BRHS members and the cost would be.......... bringing the crew breakfast burritos and sandwiches for lunch? smile

I think Capt. Mike can take 4 for a catfishing trip on the Potomac.....it's a blast.

I need to know what type of fishing you want to do....and where . Usually, if it's more than 4 it may be a trolling trip. Some can take 6 and some more than 6. I can make some recommendations and Capt. Mike might as well.

The Queen Mary would be an option but it would NOT be a charter.

Take a look at some of the Recommended Charters on this Forum.

Correct.  We are just nice fellas.........NOT charter captains or mates..... lol

I usually have an open seat on my bass boat in the fall for DC rockfishing.  If you see me post it under "Want to go Fishing?"......first positive reply......first in the boat...........as long as you have a DC fishing permit.  I can squeeze a third person on, but that would depend on the combined weight of all 3 people being less than 395 lbs.  I  weigh 160, so you can do the math........

I can put 4 on my boat and I can get a second boat no problem for a monster catfish trip. Thats is as cheap as it gets.. From there I can do a bay trip with up to four boats for a total of 12 persons but the cost doubles.

My next open date is in October.. but I am booking up quick now.

I'm not saying a word, he might ask how much I weigh. Curly, you need a bigger boat.
