av lakes observations

above all what i see is a well-maintained community.

i see remarkable peace given the potential for conflict

the fishermen i encounter are friendly

the residents say hello, or smile in passing

the ladies are stunning

the av staff is tolerant, not starting trouble where there isnt any, sort of a 'no blood-no foul' policy

the pavilion is far busier than i ever realized, and heavily fished
but anglers seem co-exist w/ recreationalists well

across the board, av is really a jewel of a place to live, somehow remaining 'contained' despite the confluence of residents, commuters, retailers, and service providers.

no gates, guardhouses, or self appointed regulation enforcement officers (generally speaking, nobody hassles me)

if you should have a stone in your shoe, remove the rock, but keep the shoe.
