Headed out to centreville at noon to try to get on some frog fish again but just couldnt get any big ones to commit, lots of small fish blew up on it but no hook up, started throwing a jig a dragging it over a rockpile Dan discovered while we were out one time and managed 5 bass, all looked like this

After that I stoped by a tiny pond i found on google maps off of the parkway and to my surprise it was fenced off but looked so prime I had to jump it and make a few cast woth the frog and made 10 or so cast with everyone resulting in a fish or blow up, I was rather impressed with this small pond but didnt want to push my luck lol

Headed to the potty next to try for a better frog bite and was rewarded when my first cast yielded a 6lb or so NSH

Saw 2 more but no more bites in that spot so i moved one street down to another access point and hammered a 6#bass on the frog but it came unbuckled when it jumped... Then had something big torpedo in on my frog only to turn away.......

Moved again to another spot in the same general area and banged out another one, 12lbs

Look at that girth!


Had another good blow up but it missed the frog completely, but I saw it swimming so casted behind it and sure enough it took that frog harder than any bass or SH I've caught before
