Banshee Reeks County Park

Wife and I went on an expedition there.  County park that is only open on weekends that has 2 old farm ponds.  Fished both ponds without a bite.  The ponds are small and shallow.  Both looked fished out to me sad .

Re: Banshee Reeks County Park

I went a couple times last summer and it seemed as if the fish were all stunted. I didn't see or catch any bass over 10 inches. I decided I wouldn't go back there any time soon (at least not to fish)

Re: Banshee Reeks County Park

I have caught several bass in the 15" range...both fat and about 2 lbs! During summer....make sure you coat your legs from the knees down with insect repellent! Ticks are BAD at Banshee Reeks!!!
