10-13-09 Potomac River (DC waters)

Trolled spoonbill type lures for a few hours before sunset in the neighborhood of the monuments and bridges. Only caught cats, no stripers. Caught five cats under 10 lbs and two cats over 10 lbs. The big one was 41 lbs.
