Janet and I went and trolled the WC for a while in the morning.
It took almost an hour to get the first hit which came at about 7:15am, and then the second hit came within a minute while the first fish was still being reeled in.
We got both fish to boatside at about the same time and then put the first rod back in a rod holder, leaving that fish in the water while we brought in the second fish.
We boated the second fish, measured it (19.5 inches), took a picture, and then released it.
Then we boated the first fish. We were lucky that it had remained in the water at boatside without throwing the hook. We measured it (24 inches), took a couple pictures, and then released it.
We trolled for a couple more hours. Caught one more (16.5 inches) and had a few hits that did not stay hooked up.
19.5 inches
24 inches. This fish put up quite a fight, much fun on the lightest rod that I use for trolling.
Same fish as above
This one measered 16.5 inches when flattened out on the floor like the one pictured above.

And thank you again Ernie, for showing me how to do this better than I had been doing it.
