Pacemaker Fishing Forum

I went out on the potomac for a little bow fishing. The carp were not in there like they used to be. I found and shot two. Both had there eyes bugged out, like when you bring up a snapper from deep water. I don't think they could see very well and were acting sickly and made easy targets.

Has any one else noticed less carp on the Potomac?
