Spro Frog

I got a new Spro Popper Frog this past weekend and it has treated me well.

Tonight I caught a 4.4 and a 5.7 on back to back casts.

Re: Spro Frog

Nice fish!  What's your hookup rate like with that frog?  If you ever have trouble with hookups on the popping frog, try upsizing the hooks.  The popping frogs come with 3/0 hooks and you can buy a Gamakatsu 4/0 frog hook to replace it.  My buddy had a lot of trouble hooking up at one point and that solved a lot of his problems.
