mon abc

ashburn was silent
plenty of bluegill, not a bass to be had.

hooked up a keeper on 1st cast at alder
white spinnerbait.
thinking boom time.
then hitless on spinnerbait and jig n pig

saw a big bass rolled up dead. (alder)
looked like a 4# fish to me .

on to cedar.
caught miscellaneous dinks on the rattletrap- straight burn, up high and against the wind.
had one hefty keeper, looked like it had a full sack of roe .

did not see another fisherman

I was thinking that too....bigjeffie has a way of reporting that is unique and pretty cool!

I fished Cedar for two 45 minute time periods, once around 3:30 and then after dinner. As always, I usually only take 1 or 2 rods and I don't change lures much. I caught a total of four bass using a Spike It wacky worm with a circle hook. The biggest was 1.6lbs with a cool spot on his back/fin. I think this bass has been reported on before.

I should have had 2-3 more catches but I kept forgeting I had a cirlce hook on.

Time to go fishin' again!
