Anyone ever fish around Dickerson powerplant on the Potomac?

A buddy of mine is trying to get out there and fish and think it'd be a good idea to fish the discharge from the power plant. Problem is, he's going to wade/shore fish.

Anyone have any info on where to park, walk, or fish? I know you guys are up and down the potomac a lot and was hoping you'd have some info.

Maybe we can make this a gathering!

Andrew,

I have never fished up there. I know that Jumping Jasper has but that is by boat. I was hoping to do it this year...maybe in early March.

Ernie,
How would you fish it in March? By kayak?

Personally, I would do it by boat. That March water can be cold. But I have never done it so my opinion should not count.
