Went out early before the rain and gave my kayak a go. I was definitely apprehensive since dumping it last month. Followed one other taker out into the chompawamsic and stayed behind about 200 yds to be respectful. Same areas but different times and techniques.
I immediately got a snakehead that got off and just took my time working the grass lined.
I ended up having a great 2 hrs on the water catching several bass and several blow up. Ended up w a nice snakehead and several good fights w bass.
